How we build & host

No mystery, no lock-in, no fine print. This page is the technical truth of what happens when you hire us — the same pipeline we use for our own products.

AI agents build, engineers sign

Our AI agents do the heavy lifting — research, drafting, design, code. A human engineer supervises the work, reviews every delivery, and signs it before you see it. Nothing reaches a client on AI autopilot: every quote and every launch has a person behind it.

Your own private repository

Every project lives in its own private Git repository from day one. That repository is the single source of truth for your site or application — and once your project is paid for, the code in it is yours. Ask for a copy at any time; leave with it whenever you want.

Push-to-deploy hosting

We deploy on Railway, professional cloud infrastructure hosted in the United States. Every change is version-controlled: code is pushed to your repository and deploys automatically, which means every update is traceable and reversible. No FTP, no mystery servers, no 'the developer has the files'.

Security by default

Every site we ship serves over HTTPS with modern security headers (strict content security policy, frame protection, HSTS). Sites with an AI assistant get rate limiting and prompt-injection screening as standard. This isn't an upsell — it's the template.

What the care plan physically does

Care (always 50% of your build price per year) covers the machine room: hosting and its costs, security updates, backups, monitoring, and up to 12 small content changes a year. If you don't renew, nothing is held hostage: you get your repository, we help point your domain wherever you go, and we part as friends.

Who touches your data

Your site runs on a short, named list of services — the same list your own privacy policy can reference if your site collects customer data: Railway (hosting, USA) for servers and databases; Anthropic (USA) for AI assistant conversations, if your plan includes a chatbot; and your DNS/domain registrar. That's the whole supply chain. We add nothing without telling you.

Handoff, if you ever want it

The exit is designed in advance: a complete copy of your repository, your domain released to you, and a written note of anything your next developer needs. We keep clients by being good, not by being sticky.
