Who we are
InTechCenter is the trade name of C.A.W., Inc., a Florida corporation (6250 Coral Ridge Drive, Suite 100, Coral Springs, FL 33076, USA) with operations in Spain. C.A.W., Inc. is the data controller for this site. For anything in this policy, write to hello@intechcenter.com — a person answers.
What we collect
Information you give us: your name, email, business name, and what you tell us about your project — through the chat assistant, email, or a form. Technical data: IP addresses appear briefly in security and rate-limiting logs. We also count page views and feature usage in aggregate — anonymous daily tallies with no cookies, no identifiers, and no individual profiles. That's it. We run no advertising trackers, no analytics cookies, and we never sell or rent your data to anyone.
The AI assistant
The chat on this site is powered by an AI model (Anthropic's Claude, processed through Anthropic's API). Your messages are sent to that service to generate replies. If you ask us to follow up, the relevant details of your conversation are stored so a human can contact you. Please don't share sensitive personal information in the chat — it isn't needed to get a quote.
Why we process your data
To answer your inquiry and prepare proposals (steps prior to a contract, and your consent when you hand us your details); to deliver and maintain services you hire (contract); and to keep the site secure (legitimate interest).
Where your data lives
Our servers are hosted in the United States (Railway). If you contact us from the EU/EEA, your data is transferred to the US under the safeguards provided by our processors' data protection terms.
How long we keep it
Lead and client information is kept while the relationship is live or reasonably expected. Ask us to delete your data and we will, unless a legal obligation requires keeping it.
Your rights
You can ask for access, correction, deletion, portability, or restriction of your data, and withdraw consent at any time — one email to hello@intechcenter.com does it. If you're in the EU/EEA you may also complain to your local data protection authority (in Spain, the AEPD).
Cookies
We use only what's strictly necessary for the site to function (such as remembering your language). No tracking, no ad cookies, no third-party pixels.
Changes
If this policy changes, the new version appears here with a new date. Material changes to how we treat existing data will be communicated to affected contacts.
