Who we are
InTechCenter is the trade name of C.A.W., Inc., a Florida corporation (6250 Coral Ridge Drive, Suite 100, Coral Springs, FL 33076, USA) with operations in Spain. C.A.W., Inc. is the data controller for this site and for our outreach. For anything in this policy, write to hello@intechcenter.com — a person answers.
What we collect
Information you give us: your name, email, business name, and what you tell us about your project — through the chat assistant, email, or a form. Technical data: IP addresses appear briefly in security and rate-limiting logs. We also count page views and feature usage in aggregate — anonymous daily tallies with no cookies, no identifiers, and no individual profiles. That's it. We run no advertising trackers, no analytics cookies, and we never sell or rent your data to anyone.
If we contacted your business
We look for businesses whose websites we could improve. From your business's public website we record your business name, web address, city, the contact details published there, and a short summary of what you offer; an AI model (Anthropic's Claude) reads the public page to prepare that summary and a design concept for you. The concept lives at a private link that expires after 30 days, and we count how many times it's opened. We do this because offering our services to businesses is our legitimate interest. We never send unsolicited sales emails to businesses in the EU, the UK or Switzerland — there, we write by post or call. Tell us to stop and we will: we delete what we collected and keep only your business name, web address and country on a do-not-contact list, so we never contact you again.
The AI assistant
The chat on this site is powered by an AI model (Anthropic's Claude, processed through Anthropic's API). Your messages are sent to that service to generate replies. If you ask us to follow up, the relevant details of your conversation are stored so a human can contact you. Please don't share sensitive personal information in the chat — it isn't needed to get a quote.
Why we process your data
To answer your inquiry and prepare proposals (steps prior to a contract, and your consent when you hand us your details); to deliver and maintain services you hire (contract); to keep invoices and accounting records (legal obligation); to offer our services to businesses and to keep the site secure (legitimate interest).
Who processes it for us
Railway (hosting of this site and our systems, USA); Anthropic (the AI assistant and the AI that prepares business summaries and design concepts, USA); Stripe (payments — card details go straight to Stripe and never touch our servers); GoDaddy (our email). Each acts on our instructions under its own data processing terms.
Where your data lives
Our servers and these providers are in the United States. Transfers of personal data from the EU/EEA, the UK and Switzerland rely on the safeguards in each provider's data processing terms: the EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework (with its UK Extension and the Swiss-U.S. framework) or the European Commission's Standard Contractual Clauses (with the UK and Swiss addenda), depending on the provider.
How long we keep it
Chat and contact requests: 24 months after you reached out. Businesses we looked at or contacted that didn't become clients: 12 months after we added them or last contacted them, whichever is later (the do-not-contact list is kept as long as needed to honor it). Clients: for the length of the relationship, and invoices and accounting records for as long as tax law requires (up to 7 years). Design concepts are deleted when their link expires, after 30 days. Ask us to delete your data sooner and we will, unless the law requires us to keep it.
Your rights
You can ask for access, correction, deletion, portability, or restriction of your data, object to our use of it (including for outreach), and withdraw consent at any time — one email to hello@intechcenter.com does it. If you're in the EU/EEA you may also complain to your local data protection authority (in Spain, the AEPD); in Switzerland, the FDPIC.
Cookies
This site sets no cookies for tracking, analytics or advertising, and stores nothing in your browser to recognize you — your language is picked from your browser's own settings. If you pick light or dark mode with the theme switch, or US dollars or euros with the currency switch, that choice is saved in your browser's local storage on your device, never sent to us; choosing Auto for the theme deletes it. Without a choice, prices show in the currency of your browser's region, read in your browser; we look up nothing. The one exception is the payment page: Stripe's checkout sets its own cookies there, strictly necessary for secure payment and fraud prevention. That's why there's no cookie banner — there's nothing to consent to.
Changes
If this policy changes, the new version appears here with a new date. Material changes to how we treat existing data will be communicated to affected contacts.
