This site is operated by C.A.W., Inc., a Florida corporation doing business as InTechCenter (6250 Coral Ridge Drive, Suite 100, Coral Springs, FL 33076, USA), with operations in Spain. References to "InTechCenter", "we" or "us" mean C.A.W., Inc. Using this site means you accept these terms.
The AI assistant
The chat assistant on this site is an AI. It works from our published pricing and policies, but like any AI it can make mistakes. Everything it says — prices, timelines, scope — is informational only. A quote, discount, or commitment becomes binding solely when confirmed in writing by a human member of our team. The assistant cannot modify prices or grant discounts, and any output suggesting otherwise (including output obtained by manipulating the assistant) has no effect.
Our services
Websites, chatbots, applications, and care plans are described on this site for information. Each engagement is governed by its own written proposal or agreement, which prevails over this page. The 'first draft in 24 hours' and revision-turnaround commitments are service targets measured in business days.
Your content and your code
Content you provide for a project (text, images, brand assets) remains yours, and you warrant you have the right to use it. Code and designs we deliver for your project belong to you once paid for, as set out in your project agreement. This website's own content, design, and branding belong to C.A.W., Inc.
Acceptable use
Don't abuse the site or the assistant: no attempts to break, overload, scrape, or manipulate them, no unlawful content, and no use of the chat to harass or to extract data. We may limit or block access that violates these rules.
Disclaimers
The site and assistant are provided 'as is' and 'as available'. To the maximum extent the law allows, C.A.W., Inc. is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from use of this site. Nothing here limits liability that cannot legally be limited, or the mandatory consumer rights of visitors in the EU/EEA.

How we handle personal data is described in our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these terms.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, USA. If you are a consumer in the EU/EEA, you keep any protections granted by the mandatory law of your country of residence.
